Grow Your Own Award
It’s often said that the IT channel is continuing to “fish from the same pond” when it comes to recruitment, exacerbating the skills shortage.
This award will go to a vendor, distributor, partner or other breed of company in the UK channel ecosystem that’s gone furthest in their efforts to attract and nurture fresh talent, whether that’s graduates/apprentices or those joining from other sectors.
Eligibility
This category is open to any vendor, distributor, partner or other breed of company operating in the UK IT channel ecosystem.
The entry must be from a UK perspective.
